Switching wheat for white is a healthy alternative to get the colon back to working right.
Other colon cleanses include herbal remedies, that use bitter plants that can produce bile to move the bowel faster. Herbs commonly used in these recipes include senna, aloe, cascara sangrada, ginger and cayenne pepper.
Pills and colonic hydrations are other options for those looking for faster approaches, yet these are less natural and perhaps less safe. Stay away from pills with side effects and that use lots of chemicals, these are not the best colon cleanse programs to be on. The irrigation method should not be used on a regular basis. As always, check with the doctor first.
